1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 60 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
- The product has not been opened, tampered with, or compromised
- You have the original order confirmation or receipt
- The return request is submitted within 60 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or had their seal broken
- Products that show signs of use or tampering
- Items purchased more than 60 days prior to the return request
- Gift cards or promotional items
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email support@aminograde.com with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approved
We'll review your request and provide a return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
Ship It Back
Send the product back using the provided label. Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receipt.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refund details:
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
- Credit Card Refunds: May take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunded in USD equivalent to the original payment method on file, or as store credit
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@aminograde.com. For damaged/defective items:
- Include photos of the damage or defect in your email
- We will arrange a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- You may choose a full refund or a replacement product
- No restocking fees apply for damaged or defective items
5. Shipment Protection
Every AminoGrade order includes shipment protection insurance at no additional cost. This covers:
- Lost packages that are not delivered
- Packages damaged during transit
- Stolen packages (with a filed report)
If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or stolen, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Restocking Fees
Standard returns in original condition are not subject to restocking fees. However, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% for:
- Products returned without original packaging
- Bulk or wholesale orders
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
